This fouling scraper is simply attached to the end of a ramrod that has a male thread; no adapter is required so there is no need to pack one for the weekend. A practical tool for reenactors!
 
After brushing out the bore, this is a good tool to scrape lose the fouling buildup on the face of the breech plug and then pour it out of the barrel.
