Sutler ships within 2-3 business days (Store schedule: Mon-Fri). (2) Check or money order. Southwest
Sutler will deposit check or money order, 1 or 2 days after it has cleared, order will be sent.
For customers who wish to purchase online, shipping rates are based upon the dollar amount of the
purchase. Orders are mailed through the US Postal Service. Domestic Shipping with Delivery Confirmation and
Insurance: $0.00 to $15.00 is $9.95, $15.01 to $30.00 is $10.95, $30.01 to $50.00 is $12.95, $50.01 to $80.00 is
$13.95, $80.01 to $130.00 is $14.95, 130.01 to $190.00 is $20.95, 190.01 to 250.00 is $25.45, Over $250.00 is $29.75

Used items are non-returnable.
Returns: Customer may return or exchange an item if it has not been used or altered within 10 days of receipt. Item
must be in its original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer pays shipping to Southwest Sutler
